Lunch Applications

REMINDER:  Click Here for YEARLY Free/Reduced Lunch application submission.  Submit a completed 2016-17 application to Palmquist's front office or on-line (link above).  One application per entire household. For every application processed, grant-funding opportunity is improved.

Registration for all students will open Wednesday, August 3 through Thursday, August 11 and resume on the first day of school Monday, August 15. Office hours for registration will be between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. Due to a district-wide meeting, registration will be from 11:30-2:30 Tuesday, August 9. These hours are for Tuesday only.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shared Residency forms are available at the Educational Support Services office located at 2080 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA 92058. (760)  966-4000



Our very own  Alma Casillas, 2nd grade teacher, was named one of two recipients of OUSD Teacher of the Year!  Congratulations  for  your hard work and dedication to our Roadrunners.


Parent Conferences

Parent Conferences

October 7 – October 14

Minimum Day Schedule is in effect

Parents please make the proper arrangements for child care as students will be dismissed early during Parent Conferences

Grades 1-5 will be dismissed at 1:05 p.m.   (Monday thru Friday) 

TK & Kindergarten schedule will not change.

Wednesday Kindergarten dismissal will be as usual: 1:05 p.m.
